Initially growing up as a farmer, during which time he cultivated a diligent work ethic, Mr. Schimpf went on to gain experience at First Medical Credit Union and as a data analyst for the Logan County Economic Development Office in Fort Collins, Colorado. He subsequently distinguished himself as a project manager and consultant for Kiss Events LLC, as the director of business development for the Ambrose Group, and as a project manager at ABB Inc. From 2014 until 2022, Mr. Schimpf found success in several roles of high leadership at Morning Star Builders Ltd., for which he worked as a senior project manager and then as the vice president of construction. Following this period, he took on his current position at Authenticus Inc.
Well-versed in the intricacies of business and leadership, Mr. Schimpf studied innovation management and entrepreneurship at Colorado State University, where he attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2010. He subsequently earned certification as a graduate builder via the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in 2017, and as a green professional in 2018. To remain aware of developments in his field, Mr. Schimpf has maintained his affiliation with several relevant organizations, including the NAHB and the Greater Houston Builders Association. During the course of his education, he served as the vice president of the CEO Club at Colorado State, where he was also inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa fraternity and the National Honor Society.
Outside of his primary career endeavors, Mr. Schimpf volunteers extensively on behalf of his local church, where he prepares meals for the homeless and helps to support grieving widows. Over the span of his professional journey, he is most proud to have brought all of his innovative ideas to life, and to have worked alongside wonderful colleagues and clients. Looking toward the future, Mr. Schimpf aspires to expand operations to the point where Authenticus can become self-sustaining, after which he hopes to move on to his next great venture.
