Looking toward the future, Ms. Hall aims to become a part of an organization within alternative investments where she can not only make operational decisions but also help drive investment decisions into diverse managers and communities. Invested in her community, Ms. Hall has been serving on the board at KIPP New Jersey since 2020, becoming Vice Chair in 2022. She has also been active on the board at I Choose the Ladder and on the National Association of Investment Companies' Women in Alternatives advisory board. Having been selected for inclusion in the 40 Under 40 list by Black Women in Asset Management in the alternative investment category for shaping the industry's future, Ms. Hall is grateful for the global recognition.
