POMPTON PLAINS, NJ, July 10, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ivan Kudashev has been inducted into Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Mr. Kudashev is a professional ballroom dancer and dance instructor who has dedicated his life and career to pursuing excellence in dance. Born in Russia, he began dancing at the age of eight and was a member of the award-winning Impuls Formation dance team until the age of nineteen. He studied at the Chelyabinsk State Academy of Culture and Arts, earning a Master's degree in dance direction in 2011.
Early in his professional career, Mr. Kudashev was affiliated with the Chelyabinsk School 88 and served as a docent while enrolled at the Chelyabinsk State Academy of Culture and Arts. After relocating to the United States in 2017, he became an instructor for Fred Astaire Dance Studios in Montville, New Jersey, where he would continue to teach students for two and a half years. In 2021, he founded The Ballroom Dance House with his wife, also a competitive ballroom dancer. The studio provides group lessons and private coaching in a variety of styles to children and adults and is proud to host a variety of guest instructors from around the world.
Mr. Kudashev is a former Russian National Vice-Champion, a European championship finalist, and World Championship semi-finalist. He and his wife continue to train and compete together, becoming finalists in the 2019 UK Open Professional RS Latin category and the US National Professional Latin Show Dance champions, among other awards. He is a member of the National Dance Council of America and remains dedicated to traveling to train, learn, and compete. Mr. Kudashev prides himself on the successes of his students, including two who have gone on to become United States champions. In the coming years, Mr. Kudashev hopes to open a second studio location.
