A company comprised of approximately 15 employees, Mr. Baron hires the best in the industry to represent The Wall Printer. Working together to support its success, he has individuals overseeing marketing, sales, technical support, and financial aspects. As his business expands, Mr. Baron envisions growing his customer base from approximately 120 to more than 1,000. Adding to his credentials, Mr. Baron has served as a guest lecturer at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and as a mentor at the Center for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. He has also served on various advisory boards in the educational, nonprofit, and privately held sectors, including the University of North Carolina Wilmington Cameron School of Business advisory board since 2011.
Prior to launching The Wall Printer, Mr. Baron led a diverse career in business development and entrepreneurship as the founder of retail, restaurant, software development, and consumer package goods businesses. He also held various high-level positions in sales and marketing across multiple industry sectors. Mr. Baron remains a founder, managing partner, contract chief executive officer, and chief operating officer of business development at WebTel Marketing, a consulting firm to emerging businesses, since 1994.
Among other accomplishments, Mr. Baron secured a U.S. patent in 2013 for JacLock screws and screwdrivers and is a co-inventor on 3 patents with The Wall Printer.
A graduate of the State University of New York at New Paltz, Mr. Baron earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics, education, and business in 1973. He also received certification as a Certified Franchise Executive (CFE) through the International Franchise Association. In addition to this Who's Who inclusion, in May of 2023, recognizing his achievements, Paul was named as the 2023 Coastal Entrepreneur of the Year by The Wilmington Business Journal and UNCW.
