Before embarking on his professional journey as an attorney, Ramon earned an Associate of Science in Accounting from Prince George Community College a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University, and a PhD in the same discipline from West Virginia University. During that period, he also received commercial pilot and flight instructor certificates from the Federal Aviation Administration. Ramon retired with the rank of Commander from the US Navy Reserves in 2006 and chose to pursue legal education completing his Juris Doctorate (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Puerto Rico. Ramon has been admitted to practice law in the states of Maryland, Florida and the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Driven to stay abreast of changes in the field, Ramon is a member of the American Bar Association. The cornerstone of his overall success lay in his faith, his family's upbringing and his service to the Navy.
