Attributing 40 years of excellence to his profession, with extensive multinational, technical, and executive leadership experience, Mr. Dube formerly served as the vice president of business operations of automotive Microcontrollers (MCUs) at NXP Semiconductors in Austin, Texas, from 2018 to 2019 and was the company's general manager and vice president of manufacturing operations in Bangkok between 2015 and 2018. During an earlier stage of his career, he was employed by Fairchild and National Semiconductor, a semiconductor manufacturing company based in San Jose, CA, for more than 30 years. Hired in 1984 as a quality engineer in Portland, Maine, Mr. Dube rose to the vice president of manufacturing operations, supply chain management, and innovation in Singapore from 2011 to 2015. Among his most notable accomplishments, he was responsible for the innovation, supply chain management, assembly, and test manufacturing facilities in China, the Philippines, and Malaysia, comprising more than 5,500 employees.

He also co-authored an article in the professional publication of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers titled 'Characterization of AI Wire Wedge Bonding in Power Electronics Package,' was featured in the July-August 2017 issue of the Asia Pacific Plant Manager Magazine, and was a guest speaker at the China Semiconductor Executive Summit in Shanghai in October 2017.
Civically, Mr. Dube has enjoyed donating his time to various local causes. He also served as the head coach for the youth baseball and football teams in Saco, Maine, from 1994 to 2011.
Mr. Dube became interested in mathematics while in high school, during a time when the electronics industry was beginning to boom. Once accepted to Northeastern University, he chose to study semiconductor manufacturing, earning a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical and electronics engineering, with highest honors, in 1985.
Mr. Dube remains aware in his professional career as a member of the Singapore Semiconductor Industry Association. Highlighting his achievements, he received the President's Award from Fairchild and National Semiconductor in 2007, an Automation and Information Technology Award from Asia Pacific Plant Management in 2017, and an Innovation Award for High Tech Systems and Materials in the Netherlands from the Thai Chamber of Commerce in 2017. Mr. Dube attributes his success to his willingness to take risks and accept change. Looking toward the future, he aspires to focus more on bringing electronics back to the U.S., just as he did semiconductor manufacturing, and share his knowledge with the next generation.
