Mr. Neault has garnered success as a business development manager at KSC Inc., since 2018, in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, managing client relations for both new and existing pre-construction services. Focusing on maintaining solid relationships with contractors to ensure his company is always active in their bid lists, he is responsible for selecting which projects to accept. He also works closely with marketing partners throughout Dallas and oversees website development, case studies, and social media management. Mr. Neault also takes great pride in positively influencing the next generation of employees, particularly aspects relating to relationship development, consistency, and diligence.
KSC Inc. is recognized as a specialty contractor that focuses on commercial projects ranging from retail centers to high-rise buildings. The company designs, fabricates, and installs custom metal building facades and parking garage screens.
Having begun his career in 1984 as a fabrication manager and architectural sales representative at Portland Glass, Mr. Neault managed the 20,000-square-foot architectural aluminum fabrication facility. He was also instrumental in implementing its architectural box lunch program, developing an Excellence in Sales training course, and conducting storefront estimating training classes for 45 retail stores. Over the next 25 years, Mr. Neault worked for several other leading organizations, including Gagne & Son Inc. as an architectural sales consultant, Building Solutions as a sales and marketing consultant, and Architectural Innovation Metals as a senior project manager and director of internal sales. Additionally, he owned and operated Provident Concrete Products LL as the company's president from 2005 to 2009, a concrete manufacturing plant in Saco, Maine, with a second plant in South Carolina.
Initially inspired to pursue a career in his industry by Mr. Neault's father, a gifted craftsman, he became passionate about developing new structures and helping change the appearance of the skyline through his work. His subsequent desire to pursue commercial construction was stimulated by his hands-on experience building hotels after graduating from college.
Mr. Neault has given back to his community as a customer experience advisory panel member for the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston. He formerly served on the men's leadership team at New Life Church from 2000 to 2012.
A 1974 graduate of Biddeford High School in Biddeford, Maine, Mr. Neault subsequently earned an associate's degree in building construction technology from Southern Maine Technical College in 1976. Additional educational pursuits to his credit include certification in CompTIA Project+ from CompTIA in 2013 and certifications in project manager of core tools, subcontracting, and project management from Procore Technologies in 2018, 2018, and 2019, respectively.
Remaining active in his professional industry, Mr. Neault is an associate member of the American Institute of Architect's Dallas chapter. He is also a member, coach, and incoming chairperson of the steering committee for TEXO, The Construction Association, a combination of the North Texas chapters of the Associated General Contractors of America and the Associated Builders & Contractors.
