A skilled professional with more than two decades of excellence in physical security, Mr. Aye has earned distinction as the Northeast regional trainer for Allied Universal Security Services. Since 2021, he has focused his efforts on training security professionals on workplace violence, sexual harassment and customer service, facilitating training classes for new security license or license renewal or recertification. He also teaches cardiopulmonary resuscitation classes. Additionally, he has been the lead instructor for One on One Consultants since 2008 and an instructor for the Big Apple Learning Center since 2010.
Outside of his primary career efforts, Mr. Aye exercises his creative side as a freelance photographer in New York and by providing his services as a school portrait photographer while living in San Diego, California in 1992. He is also a published novelist, having authored "Widow's Peak" in 2004. Added to this, he is proud to have created, hosted and produced the cable TV show The GIT BIZ-Z Talent Showcase, which aired on public access TV from 1994 to 2002. It featured other aspiring artists in the field of music.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Aye began his career as a security supervisor for Wave Hill in 2002 and then with the New York Historical Society in 2007. He subsequently served in a similar capacity for the Museum of the Moving Image in 2010 until becoming a security training coordinator for the Security Industry Specialists in 2017.
Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Aye completed coursework at the Germain School of Photography and earned an Associate of Science from the Superior Career Institute. Well-qualified in his field, he has been a certified security trainer with the Department of Criminal Justice Services for the past 20 years.
Looking to the future, Mr. Aye intends to expand his training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation to bolster his current instruction. He also is currently working on the sequel to his book "Widow's Peak." He is passionate about speaking and writing and aspires to become a motivational speaker to inspire other people.
