During the early stages of his career, Mr. Bezanilla gained valuable expertise in customer relations, sales, product development specialist, market research, vehicle safety dynamic and static training, and more through varying roles with Mercedes-Benz (Daimler-Benz), Yamaha Motor Mexico, and Porsche – Audi Interlomas. Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, he belongs to different associations such as SAE International to stay updated and in communication with colleagues with the same interests. Additionally, Mr. Bezanilla believes that it is always important to contribute with social work, helping others, and share as much of what we receive. For this reason, he always recommends joining to participate in donations, causes and contributions or doing mentoring or free work in order to contribute to society in one of many ways.
An expert in his field, Mr. Bezanilla earned a Bachelor of Engineering in mechanical automotive engineering from Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Automotriz and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Subsequently, he has expanded upon his professional knowledge, being certificated as a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma by the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, also receiving the certification for completing the course "reconstruction and analysis of rollover crashes of light vehicles" by SAE International as well as a cultural transformation certificate through Disney Institute in Orlando, FL. to adopt and lead organizational changes at General Motors.
In light of his professional achievements, Mr. Bezanilla was honored with the OpEx Master Certificate of Recognition through General Motors by the president of the company and has been awarded several times as the Employee of the Month for going above and beyond on his daily assignments. While his career has been filled with highlights, he takes the most pride in moving on from his role with General Motors to seek and achieve his dreams, become an entrepreneur, and discover his IKIGAI.
