Looking toward the future of his career, Mr. Myers plans to transition away from the classroom and begin leveraging his expertise in educational consulting. He also plans to finish the book he is writing about his experiences as an ESL teacher.
In a civic capacity, Mr. Myers has lent his expertise by helping oversee an international public school. He has also been working with UNICEF to help the people in Ukraine.
Mr. Myers studied at Stony Brook University, earning a bachelor's degree in linguistics and a master's degree in liberal arts and sciences. Mr. Myers was recognized with a Settlers Award for his accomplishments.
