Dr. Qureshi is a double board-certified neurologist and neurophysiologist who has dedicated his career to supporting children and youth with neurological disorders. He earned his Doctor of Medicine in 1998 from Dow Medical University in Karachi, Pakistan, and relocated to the United States to pursue additional education. In 2002, he completed a Master of Public Health at the Boston University School of Public Health, and began a five-year clinical neurology research associate position at Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2007, he was awarded a clinical research fellowship in neurology at Harvard Medical School, where he remained until 2009. Dr. Qureshi is a diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and became certified by the American Board of Clinical Neurophysiology in 2017.
Since 2017, Dr. Qureshi has been a pediatric neurologist and the medical director of neurophysiology and EEG at Elliot Hospital in Manchester, New Hampshire. He treats newborns, children, and adolescent patients with a broad range of pediatric neurological symptoms in both inpatient and outpatient settings and consults with families and other providers to create treatment plans. Prior to joining the staff at Elliot Hospital, Dr. Qureshi spent two years as a pediatric neurologist and clinical neurophysiologist at Geisinger Health System.
