Deciding to move away from corporate America, she pivoted into health insurance to give her more freedom. Mrs. Almanza now enjoys the opportunity to make a difference in her clients' lives through her work, which has been gratifying.
Actively involved in her community, Mrs. Almanza is affiliated with the Panola Chamber of Commerce and Business Network International. She also gives back to charitable organizations, including a local Texas substance abuse recovery group.
Mrs. Almanza earned an Associate of Science in Occupational Therapy from Panola College in 2009. Well-qualified in her industry, she received certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. She subsequently received credentials as a licensed insurance agent and licensed notary.
