A real estate executive for almost two decades, Ms. Denham established Townsend Group & Associates, LTD. in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in 2017. As the owner and managing broker of her real estate company, she specializes as a housing specialist, portfolio and operations manager, and has provided property management services in and around her community.
Garnering previous experience with The Townsend Group, Inc., Ms. Denham was the organization's operations and property manager/broker from 2010-2016. She served in a similar roles with Caravan Properties in 2009 and at Merit Company Inc. between 2006-2009. Ms. Denham spent her earlier years in the healthcare industry as an office manager at Alterra Wynwood Assisted Living from 2002-2007 and prior in the hospitality industry working for two top ranking hotels in the medical center from 1990-1994.
Ms. Denham has been a volunteer member of Silver Key Senior Services, a non-profit organization devoted to helping seniors age gracefully since 2021 as a meal's delivery driver and a Reassurance Plus+ volunteer assisting seniors with housing needs. She has also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity associated with the Women Build program and is a financial donations contributor to Project Angel Heart through her company.
A graduate of the University of Houston at Clear Lake, Ms. Denham earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance in 2000. Well-qualified in her field, she received credentials with a real estate license in Colorado in 2007 through Jones Real Estate College. She has received certification as a Life Coach through the Transformation Academy in 2023 and is a Masters of Divinity candidate at Naropa University in Boulder, CO. where she has trained in mindfulness meditation studies.
