Outside of his work, Mr. Washmon supports various charitable organizations such as Dell Children's Medical Center and is a member of Business Executives for National Security, Admirals Club of Austin and Knights of the Symphony. An expert in his field, he is a graduate of The Hill School, holds a Bachelor's Degree from Washington and Lee University, attended the Institute on World Legal Problems at the University of Innsbruck, Austria and received a Juris Doctorate degree from St. Mary's University School of Law. He was admitted to practice law through the State Bar of Texas and is licensed in the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Western Districts of Texas.
