Prior to his current role, Mr. Coleman began his career as a legal researcher with Blackburn, McCune, Happell and Zenner, PLLC in 2008 and undertook a legal internship with the Yolo County District Attorney's Office in 2011. He served as a law clerk with Culbreth Schroeder, LLP in 2012 and became an appellate consultant the following year until taking a role as an associate with Gavrilov and Brooks in 2014. He continued his career as a Senior Litigation Associate with Safarian Choi and Bolstad LLP in 2019, and returned to Gavrilov & Brooks in 2020 as a Partner. Among his professional accomplishments, he is proud to have successfully represented numerous Fortune 500 companies at trial and on appeal.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Coleman earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in film and television with a minor in political science from New York University in 2005. He then attained a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2013. Following this accomplishment, he was admitted to the California Bar Association, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the Northern, Southern, Central, and Eastern Districts of California. Mr. Coleman has further been recognized as a Rising Star for the past three years by Super Lawyers Magazine.
