SNELLVILLE, GA, August 17, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Charles Mingle has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
Drawing on 34 years of professional experience in law, Mr. Mingle worked as a senior paralegal in the legal department of National Vision, Inc., where he was employed from 1994 to 2019. Over the years, he has gained valuable expertise in trademark and employment law and negotiated matters that benefited both sides of the aisle with such companies as Walmart. Due to his outstanding body of work, Mr. Mingle has been honored numerous times, earning the Employee of the Year Award in 2015, inclusion in The National Paralegal Reporter's Fall 2019 issue, and the Pro Bono Paralegal of the Year Award from the Georgia Association of Paralegals on several occasions.
An expert in his field, Mr. Mingle holds a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy and psychology from The University of New Mexico. Upon graduating with distinction, he furthered his education, earning a Master of Divinity in ethics with distinction from the Iliff School of Theology, as well as a paralegal certificate with honors, with a corporate focus, from The National Center for Paralegal Training.
While his career was filled with highlights, Mr. Mingle takes the most pride in having negotiated a contractual arrangement that saved his company a significant amount of money and benefited the other party as well. Years later, this arrangement helped enable National Vision, Inc. to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy in a position of strength. Another standout moment was being honored as the Associate of the Year in 2015 for working on a unique petition process with the Illinois Secretary of State's Business Corporations Division. The cornerstone of his success lay with his parents, particularly his mother, who was named Oklahoma's Mother of the Year; she continuously encouraged him to be a positive influence in his community. Now that he is retired, Mr. Mingle is committed to volunteer work. Each Sunday morning, he sings as lead tenor for the choirs of two United Methodist churches.
