In this capacity, he managed a team of adept cost specialists responsible for overseeing deliverables tied to a substantial contract with the United States government, an annual budget exceeding $600 million, with a spectrum of critical areas, including wastewater treatment, incinerator operations, construction projects, logistics management, and vehicle maintenance programs. Within this expansive domain, he demonstrated his adeptness by crafting innovative project cost tracking tools, instrumental in scrutinizing expenditure trends, contingencies, and future cost projections.
