RENO, NV, August 23, 2023 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Nick Moschetti has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.
A seasoned attorney with years of professional experience in wills, trusts, and estate planning law, Mr. Moschetti presently excels as an attorney in private practice. Since establishing his firm in 2010, he has kept abreast of the latest tax decisions and estate planning changes and maintained a number of cases at any given time. Over the years, he has also worked as the senior vice president and chief counsel for a public restroom company through which he also served as a human resources director. During the early stages of his career, Mr. Moschetti gained valuable expertise in the fields of law and education through varying positions at the University of Nevada, the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners, Golden Gate University, and Moschetti & Lessly.
Throughout his career, Mr. Moschetti has handled a wide range of cases, including a case in Northern California involving a logging company that was found to have nearly $1 million in income tax deficiency after purchasing an offshore tax-free trust. He discovered that the lawyer that sold them the trust was convicted of fraud which allowed Mr. Moschetti to argue successfully as a casualty loss for fraud detection before the Internal Revenue Service. Likewise, he served as the administrative law judge for the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners.
An expert in his field, Mr. Moschetti studied at the United States Military Academy at West Point and received a Bachelor of Science in finance from the University of Nevada, Reno as well as a JD from the University of Utah's S.J. Quinney College of Law. Subsequently, he expanded upon his professional knowledge, earning an MBA in taxation from Golden Gate University. In recognition of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Moschetti was named an Outstanding Plebe Cadet through the United States Military Academy at West Point.
While his career has been filled with highlights, Mr. Moschetti takes the most pride in handling a case involving the operation of a casino whose ownership was to be transferred from owner to employee. He developed a way for the employee, who lacked the necessary funds, to purchase the firm's goodwill and lease all of the equipment. Additionally, he assisted the client in paying for that option through the business operations. Though hard work and dedication have brought him far in his career, he credits his overall success to his motivation to always do his best as advised by his father. Looking forward, Mr. Moschetti intends to experience the continued growth and success of his career.
