Prior to his current role at Ringler Associates, Mr. Christie worked for Cambridge Galaher Settlements, as a Structured Settlement Broker, from 2000 to 2007; Wausau Insurance Co. as a Claims Supervisor and Divisional Manager, from 1995 to 1999; Hartford Insurance Group as a Claims Supervisor and Senior Technical Litigation Consultant, from 1991 to 1995 and General Accident Insurance Co. as a Multi-Claims Territorial Representative, Supervisor and Regional Manager, from 1982 to 1991. His first insurance position was with American Mutual Insurance Co. as a USL&H/Marine Broker and Claims Consultant from 1981 to 1982.
Mr. Christie earned a bachelor's degree from Tulane University in 1981. Well-qualified in his field, he completed his Senior Claims Law Associate certificate in 1986 from American Educational Institute, Inc. Since 1981, he has held a Property, Casualty, Life, Variable Life and Annuity, Accident and Health License through the Louisiana Department of Insurance.
