Leveraging more than two decades of excellence in accountancy and project management, Ms. Crowe has earned distinction as a Financial Systems Analyst with the Naval Information Warfare Center. Since 2017, she has focused her efforts on leading various system changes and upgrades within the Sales and Distribution module within Navy's ERP. Additionally, she has served as a project lead for G-Invoicing since 2018, improving their billing process to help prepare the program for its launch.
Prior to starting her private career, Ms. Crowe served honorably as a Disbursing Clerk for the United States Navy from 1999 until 2006. She also was a finance officer for the American Legion Post 179. After completing her military service, she was an accountant and tax specialist with PeopLease Corporation in 2008 and became an accountant for STG Inc. in 2014. Following this period, she worked at the Financial Management Career Program at NIWC Atlantic from 2015 until 2017. Among her professional accomplishments, she was honored with a NIWC Atlantic 1.0 Finance Competency RPA Development Initiative Award from the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense.
Before embarking on her professional journey, Ms. Crowe earned an associate's degree in accounting from Florida Metropolitan University in 2004 and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ashford University in 2013. Following these achievements, she attained a Master of Arts in project management in 2016, also from Ashford University.
Within the coming years, Ms. Crowe intends to assist the G-Invoicing project to its successful completion, its implementation date set for October 1, 2025. Her goal is to ensure it is as seamless as possible for everybody from its inception through full implementation. Following this accomplishment, she plans to retire from her stellar career.
