In this capacity, he is responsible for campaign and operations planning, working with the joint cyber center, evaluating their job performance and collaborating with various sectors of the United States Space Command.
Mr. Fuller initially began his career serving in the United States Army for 34 years. During his military service, he was also active as a joint branch action officer at the Army National Guard from 2012 o 2013. Between 2013 and 2015, he garnered expertise as a strategic planner and speech writer for the chief's action group at the National Guard Bureau. Subsequently, Mr. Fuller contributed to the United States European Command as a resource, budget and operations manager, followed by post of a strategy, plans and policy action officer at the United States Northern Command.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Fuller pursued an education at Regis University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in human resource management in 1999. He continued his academic efforts at Webster University, earning a master's degree in international relations and affairs in 2010. As a commitment to his field, he has been certified as a project management professional, a scrum and a lean six sigma black belt master. Additionally, Mr. Fuller has been active with several industry-related organizations, including the Project Management Institute.
Well-regarded for his contributions to the field, Mr. Fuller has received multiple awards, including three Defense Meritorious Service Medals, five Meritorious Service Medals, numerous Joint Service Commendation Medals and more. Among his professional accomplishments, he is most proud of his humanitarian missions as a service member, having worked with the United States Army Special Forces and the Afghan National Army to construct a wall around a school for girls in Afghanistan, and renovate an orphanage and a school in Cartagena, Colombia. Reflecting on his achievements, he attributes much of his success to his father, who consistently modeled a strong work ethic and taught him the value of hard work. Looking toward the future, Mr. Fuller aspires to obtain additional certificates in his specialty to advance further in his career and to continually assist veterans through mentoring, charitable organizations and a retreat center that he hopes to eventually establish.
