Additionally, he is a basketball coach for Basketball Skill Development where he offers individual workouts for players of all ages, specializing in helping teen players improve their form. He is also the director of Herc42 Skills and Drills, which he founded in 2013 as a basketball skill development program for children of all ages and skill levels.
While developing his present roles, Mr. Hercule served as a track and field coach from 2014 until 2017 and girls varsity basketball coach from 2016 until 2021, both for New Mission High School. Since 2004, he has been the director of Keeping the City Safe, providing school supplies for young students in the inner city and leading an annual women's basketball tournament as a fundraiser. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Hercule earned a Bachelor of Science in social psychology from UMass Boston in 2001. Following this achievement, he attained a master's degree in special education and training from Cambridge College in 2012. Within the coming years, Mr. Hercule intends to pass his legacy on to his children, allowing them to take over his work supporting students in need.
