Backed by years of professional experience. Mr. Sinclair, prior to becoming an attorney spent four years in the United States Air Force as a Pharmacy Technician, stationed in San Bernardino California. After receiving an Honorable Discharge, he used the G.I. Bill to further his education. While in the service he attended San Bernardino Valley Junior College part time and received an associate degree, which helped him to receive a full scholarship from the University of California Los Angles (UCLA) immediately after receiving an honorable discharge from the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Sinclair, after his first year at UCLA, transferred to California State University in San Bernardino (CSUSB), where Mr. Sinclair earned dual bachelor's degrees in business administration and economics, and a Certificate in Financial Management.
Prior to becoming a licensed attorney. Mr. Sinclair worked for over 15 years as a Cost Accountant and Financial Analyst in a corporate setting for Rockwell International, Sargent Fletcher Company and Teledyne Controls. These positions challenged him to become his best self, gaining valuable experience in financial management and cost control. Mr. Sinclair, during this same time period, operated his own part-time business, as a financial planner licensed in securities, life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds. Mr. Sinclair was licensed to sell securities in all SO states. Outside of his work, Mr. Sinclair contributed to his community by volunteering to tutor students at various high schools and juvenile detention centers which inspired him to write his book called, Un Common Knowledge, "The Series", Poor Today- Rich Next Year." This book consists of 633 pages, broken into 3 sections emphasizing the Creation, Accumulation and Preservation of Wealth. It is considered a textbook organized and presented to showcase his vast experience and knowledge in the areas of personal and business financial management.
Mr. Sinclair always wanted to become an attorney ever since his third grade teacher told him that he would make a good attorney because he liked to talk so much in class. Mr. Sinclair obtained his law degree from the University of West Los Angeles, located in Inglewood California. It was a unique and rewarding opportunity and experience because the school catered to individuals who wouldn't ordinarily have such an opportunity to do so, while working full-time and raising a family. During this time, he also raised three amazing and exceptional young people who are also now adults contributing to the betterment of society and raising their own children of whom he is extremely proud. As part of his legacy, Mr. Sinclair has created an online University In Your Home Program, called Boardwalk School of Economics. The goal is to teach our children, parents, and community in the area of wealth literacy, teaching them how to create and leave a family legacy of their own. The goal is to eradicate poverty and despair for those who choose to participate. Mr. Sinclair has over 100 videos and over 100 podcasts discussing these principles currently online.
