Stephanie Citron has been working as a real estate professional in South Florida for over a decade. She prides herself on her in-depth and detailed knowledge of Parkland and Coral Springs not only because she grew up there, but because she continues to raise her family there. Stephanie was a member of the second graduating class at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and has two children that attend the school today.
Stephanie is fortunate to be a lead team member at Parrot Realty, a brokerage owned by her brother-in-law, Michael Citron. Together, they have worked to grow a successful family real estate practice that prides itself on service, loyalty and a unique dedication to each client. Stephanie was raised in Coral Springs and Parkland. After graduating from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in 1993, she attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in 1998.
After college, she worked as a property manager for Volunteers of America, a non-profit organization that provides housing and services for the mentally challenged. She then obtained her CAM License and worked as a Property Manager for several homeowner and condominium associations throughout South Florida.
When Stephanie does not have her real estate or mom hat on, she is giving back to the community through her charitable endeavors. Parrot Realty is particularly active with the SOS Children's Village of Coconut Creek. Stephanie also continues to volunteer at various school and community functions.

In fact, Parrot Realty continues to break its record yearly sales numbers and is on pace to break its record $112,000.000 in sales volume from 2022.
