Mr. Stallings is an aircraft maintenance consultant celebrating more than 45 years of expertise in his field. His interest in airplanes and aviation started in childhood, inspired by his stepfather's work in aeronautical engineering and supported by student pilot training and electronics classes as a teenager. He began his career in the early 1980s while serving in the United States Coast Guard, where he completed aviation electrician coursework while stationed in Alaska, and later earned a certificate in aircraft maintenance technology from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
Mr. Stallings started working in civilian aviation in 1984 as a senior avionics lead for Braniff International Airlines, where he spent four years overseeing maintenance, supervising other technicians, and ensuring commercial aircraft safety and compliance. He launched his first independent consulting venture, Av-Tech Services International, in 1991, and continued to work with clients on contract basis until 2011. During this period, Mr. Stallings concurrently held several maintenance leadership roles, including two years as Boeing 747 flight crew chief for American International Airways and consulting contracts with Northwest Airlines and America West Airlines. Mr. Stallings continued his work with America West Airlines until 2004, specializing in pre-lease and acquisition inspections, refurbishment, and acquisitions compliance. In 2007, he served as a lease acquisitions and returns consultant for Skybus Airlines, and between 2008 and 2009, he served as a project acquisition manager and consultant to Rossiya Airlines, managing the lease, delivery, and overhaul of ten Airbus A319 planes.

The tankers are also used in various other states and geographical locations.
Mr. Stallings continues to offer clients his deep industry and management knowledge as a consultant under the banner of his company, Aero-Tech Services International. In order to remain at the cutting edge of a rapidly-evolving industry, he has pursued numerous FAA, engineering, and maintenance credentials throughout his career, earning him several aircraft maintenance awards. He credits his success to perseverance, dedication, and the support of his many personal and professional mentors, and is proud to contribute to industry safety standards, emphasizing that he treats each aircraft as though they were carrying his family. In his personal time, Mr. Stallings is a longtime supporter of St. Jude Children's Hospital and Cancer Research Center of Memphis, TN, the American Cancer Society and the American Heart Association, and has donated his expertise as an aircraft mechanic for the Hixson Museum of Flight and a volunteer examiner for the American Radio Relay League.
