She subsequently served as a senior manager for group strategic initiatives with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in 2011, developing and implementing a variety of programs to improve customer experience and sales performance. She continued her career as the head of operational excellence and Pacific zone simplify leader for Schneider Electric in 2015, earning promotions to the global director of digital value and continuous improvement in 2019 and to the vice president of global effectiveness in 2020.
While developing her professional journey, Ms. Pavett earned a Master of Business Administration in business administration and management from the Australian Institute of Business in 2014. Well-qualified in her field, she is a Lean Six Sigma black belt with Cardiff University and an agile scrum master with the University of Sydney Centre for Continuing Education.
