Prior to his current role, Mr. Tallarico began his career as a site construction responsible for Renco S.p.A., in Kazakhstan in 1997. Following this time, he was a Project Manager for Croix Rouge de Belgique in Albania in 1999 and starting from 2000 he worked for Bonatti S.p.A. for a decade on different projects in Italy, before leading important projects in the Sahara desert, in Mexico and again in Kazakhstan, where he managed a very challenging project in the Caspian area, which he and his team were nevertheless able to complete three months in advance. To prepare for his career, he earned an engineer's degree as a civil engineer from Pavia University in Italy in 1996.
