Aside from managing J. Davis Construction Management Inc., Mr. Davis has become recognized as a trailblazer for sharing his time, expertise, and resources with his community. Since 2010, he has served as a mentor to minority and women entrepreneurs throughout Ventura County. He also maintains strong ties with the youth community throughout the county via various local organizations. Among other involvement, Mr. Davis serves as a board member of Saint John's Hospital Foundation and Rich At Heart LLC and is a volunteer coach for a local youth basketball program. Looking toward the future, he aims to establish a scholarship foundation to support the youth and educators in his area.
Mr. Davis graduated from Oxnard High School and continued his education at Venture Community College, where he studied business management. He also received certification in C-39 roofing in 2011 in California, completed the emerging leaders' program at the University of Southern California in 2012, and received certification in L-42 roofing in 2013 in Arizona.
