For more than two decades, Mr. Glave has worked in the manufacturing and farming industries, specializing in food safety, quality management systems, and environmental management systems to prepare companies for certification in the international marketplace. His company, Quality Circle International Limited, provides consulting, training, auditing, and automation for food safety management systems. He served as the company's chief executive officer and lead consultant from 2005 to 20011, and from 2018 to the present.
As the lead consultant and trainer for Quality Circle International since 2018, Mr. Glave creates and delivers training programs for quality (ISO 9001) and food safety system (FSSC 22000) certifications and implements both quality and food safety management systems. In addition, he develops software solutions that can help his client base become more efficient in implementing and maintaining their certifications. He hopes to continue to grow the business over the next five years by utilizing the technology created in the automated software solutions.
Mr. Glave earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Alabama A&M University—a Bachelor of Science in 1995 and a master's in business administration, with a concentration in total quality management, in 1997. Throughout his subsequent endeavors, he is most proud to have been recognized by Food and Beverage Magazine in 2019 as one of the Top 10 Technological Solution Providers in the industry. He is also a past president of the MBA Students Association at Alabama A&M University and served as president of the Caribbean Students Association at Alabama A&M University.
Born in Jamaica, Mr. Glave overtly contributes financial support to selected recipients in his homeland. Passionate about health and fitness, he enjoys running and working out at the gym. He also enjoys traveling in his free time. Likewise dedicated to his family, Mr. Glave has two sons, 21 and 15 years of age, and one 12-year-old daughter.
