Mr. Sridharan is a Human Resources and Organizational Design professional with more than two decades of excellence working with companies across the globe. A graduate of the University of Madras, he earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance in 2001 and completed his Master of Social Work specializing in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations in 2003. He relocated to the United Kingdom to continue his education at Strathclyde Business School, and in 2006 he earned a Master of Business Administration in Human resources and Change Management. In addition to his formal education, Mr. Sridharan has pursued extensive professional development throughout his career, including a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner Credential and a Business analytics certificate from Wharton Executive Education.
Mr. Sridharan began his career in 2003 as Senior Consultant for global staffing firm Ma Foi Randstad, departing in 2007 to become Associate Manager of Human Resources for Satyam Computer Services, Ltd. The following year, he accepted a Senior Consultant position with ECS Limited – now part of PricewaterhouseCoopers in their People & Change Practice, where he would remain until 2009. Between 2009 and 2013, he excelled as a Senior Human Resources Relationship manager for Standard Chartered Bank, developing a reputation for thoroughness and attention to detail that followed him into his next role as a Senior Human Resources Relationship Manager for Cognizant's Talent Management division.
He continued to work internationally as a Senior Consultant for MRI Worldwide United Arab Emirates in 2015 and in 2016 he joined Agthia PJSC, an ADQ Group Company. He continued working with ADQ group companies in various positions. His most significant and impactful role with ADQ was as Portfolio Talent Transformation Manager. In this role, he oversaw the implementation of several Organizational Transformation projects including one focusing on skill transformation, driven through AI, which resulted in multi-million-dollar cost saving. He also structured and oversaw the roll out of Leadership Development programs which resulted in developing 100 world class business leaders across over 13 ADQ group companies. In 2022, he relocated to Canada and has been working with Softserve, a Ukrainian IT Company as Associate Director – Job Architecture. His current position encompasses human resources transformation and strategic partnerships, job catalog structure, employee rewards, and other large-scale Talent Management responsibilities. Mr. Sridharan is amazed, impressed and moved by the strength of character and determination exhibited by his Ukrainian colleagues amid the ongoing war.
Mr. Sridharan credits his success to the support of his wife and family and to his teachers and professors for helping him develop the professional foundations that have allowed him to advance in his career. In the next decade, Mr. Sridharan hopes to continue making a significant impact on the Human Resources function within the companies he works with. In his personal time, Mr. Sridharan enjoys reading, kickboxing, and is a supporter of the Rotary Club and several India-based charities.
