Leveraging more than two decades of experience in engineering, Mr. Duvvuri established SiriusMindshare Labs LLC, a research and development (R&D) organization concentrating on artificial intelligence (AI). Recognized as an ideation lab, he and his team focus on serving small- to mid-sized businesses, assisting clients from various industries with R&D, and developing AI applications to solve various business issues. Presently, Mr. Duvvuri and his team are involved in researching the biomedical field by using genomics and incorporating AI in genomics.
Mr. Duvvuri is also a respected Architect at IBM and previously at Oracle, a prominent computer technology computer company based in Austin, Texas. Hired in 2018, he spent two years as an architect and a consulting member of the technical staff data scientist. He was subsequently promoted to director of data science and platform engineering. Since joining Oracle, Mr. Duvvuri has been granted over 10 U.S. patents, five of which are still pending. Additionally, he has served as an adviser for the AIClub since 2021, a platform and institute that teaches AI, and as an adjunct professor at Northeastern University since 2016, teaching courses in CIAT and CompTIA.
Before his present positions, Mr. Duvvuri gained experience as a director, senior analyst, and senior engineer for several companies such as AT&T Cricket Wireless and Walmart. He has been in the industry since 1999.
As a dedicated scholar in his field, Mr. Duvvuri has published several peer-reviewed articles in the professional publications of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for Computing Machinery. He has also guest lectured to students from Ukraine at a European university, has served as an academic advisory board member at his alma mater in the Graduate School of Management at the University of California in Davis, and recently spoke at a conference in San Francisco in February 2023.
In pursuit of his profession, Mr. Duvvuri earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute in 1997 and a Master of Science in computer science at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst in 1999. He also received a Master of Business Administration in marketing at the Graduate School of Management at the University of California in Davis in 2010, through which he became a member of the Beta Gama Sigma Honor Society. Additional educational pursuits to Mr. Duvvuri's credit include credentials as a project management professional through the Project Management Institute in 2009 and as a certified cloud practitioner through Amazon Web Services in 2022. He also completed several professional development courses in statistical and machine learning.
Mr. Duvvuri is a professional member of IEEE. In recognition of his accomplishments, he received a Conversant Marketing Ownership Award from the Conversant Marketing Department in 2014 and an Outstanding Leadership Award at the Internet 2.0 Conference in 2022. Mr. Duvvuri was also recognized among the Top 10 Data Science Leaders by Analytics Insights Magazine in 2021.
