Ms. Bailey-Pharr earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia, with a double major in English Language and Literature and Religious Studies. She earned a Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law, and was admitted to practice through the North Carolina Bar in 2001 and the South Carolina Bar in 2003. She is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Forsyth County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. To remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Ms. Bailey-Pharr is active in the Construction Section of the North Carolina Bar Association, including service on the Section Council, and the Construction Section of the South Carolina Bar.
In honor of her outstanding body of work, Ms. Bailey-Pharr has been recognized with the Legal Elite in Construction Law Award through Business North Carolina Magazine in 2013, 2017, and 2023. Additionally, she received the Best Lawyers in America in Construction Law and Litigation Award and was named a North Carolina Super Lawyer in Construction Law.
