Ms. Holloman is an established entrepreneur who founded HomeCare Hands 24/7 Care at Home and Staffing in Hampden County, Massachusetts, in 2015, a home care agency that serves the Pioneer Valley and surrounding areas. As the sole owner and chief executive officer, Ms. Holloman's company presently has six divisions, including a Home Care Division where senior citizens and other individuals are cared for in their homes 24 hours per day. Ultimately, she decided to form her own business so that she could help these individuals keep their dignity and remain as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
Delighted with the growth and success of her agency, Ms. Holloman has since opened additional offices in Connecticut, Florida and Tennessee. Aiming to become more involved in the expansion of her agency's national footprint, including in North Carolina and South Carolina and subsequent locations throughout the country in the coming years, Ms. Holloman would also consider expanding internationally if the opportunity presents itself.
In addition to her full-time career in home health, Ms. Holloman has become a frequent speaker and, since 2015, has been serving as a business mentor at Springfield Technical Community College. She also serves as a Board Member for several organizations as well as a committee member for the Alzheimer's Association's Diversity and Inclusion Board. Recognized as the Civic Division of her home care agency, Humble Heroes serves to recognize caregivers by granting special wishes as a token of appreciation for their devotion. Ms. Holloman also supports ongoing initiatives that cater to the elderly and victims of domestic violence. During an earlier stage of her career, Ms. Holloman played an instrumental role as a court appointed special advocate in Hampden County, Massachusetts, between 2005 and 2009, speaking on behalf of the best interest of abused and neglected children in court as a community volunteer.
Ms. Holloman graduated from Holyoke Community College with a degree in human services and liberal arts. She also completed coursework in psychology at Westfield State University and Bay Path University, as well as coursework in applied behavior analysis at the Universidad de Granada in Spain.
