Leveraging her former expertise, Ms. Glover began working for the University of Toledo in 1998 as an accounting clerk II. She subsequently became a fiscal specialist for over 10 years. Moreover, Ms. Glover found success as a coordinator for Hickory Farms LLC between 1995 and 2018.
Among her most notable accomplishments, Ms. Glover was selected to participate in the annual lead program at the University of Toledo. She was chosen as one of just 16 individuals. Looking toward the future, Ms. Glover aims to progress within and beyond the scope of her practice in finance and grant management.
Garnering an extensive education, Ms. Glover received an associate degree in accounting from Davis Business College in 1995, a bachelor's degree in accounting from Ashford University in 2017, and a Master of Art in higher education from the University of Toledo in 2022. She also received designation as a certified research administrator by the Society of Research Administrators International (SRAI) in 2020.
To remain aware of developments in her industry, Ms. Glover is a member of the National Council of University Research Administrators and SRAI. She also serves as the chairperson for the Professional Staff Association at the University of Toledo, a role that entails representing all non-union and non-faculty employees to ensure they are kept abreast of the policies and procedures. Ms. Glover is also tasked with addressing various questions and concerns, representing them in obtaining annual salary increases, helping organize fundraising events for the organization's multiple causes, and providing employees with professional seminars and educational resources.
