Additionally, Mr. Masters spent over 10 years as a senior biomedical equipment technician for Intermountain Healthcare, American Medical International, from 1982 to 1992.
Giving back to charitable causes, Mr. Masters has served as a co-chairperson for the Sacramento Walk to End Alzheimer's. He is also a member of his local American Legion as an honorably discharged Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class who served in the U.S. Navy from 1976 to 1982.
Mr. Masters was a distinguished honor graduate of the U.S. Army Medical and Optical School in Denver. Well-qualified in his industry, he received credentials as an emergency medical technician through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, certification as a senior advisor through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors, and designation as a residential care facility for the elderly administrator through the California Department of Social Services.
