With more than two decades of dedicated excellence with the U.S. Army, Mr. Bialkowski, as a U. S. Army civilian, has earned distinction as a technical writer and editor at the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC) Picatinny Arsenal in New Jersey. In this capacity, he performs a variety of writing, editing and research duties for the Life-cycle Supportability Division.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Bialkowski began his honorable service in the U.S. Army Reserve at various locations from 1978 to 2015. During the years of his commissioned service, he served in the Basic Branch ARMOR; 19A, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2015. Well-qualified in the field of leadership, he earned a Master's degree in International Relations from Webster University in 2012 while on active duty at Fort Leavenworth, KS. Additionally, he gained a certificate in Homeland/National Security from Rutgers University in 2013.
