Driven to remain abreast of changes in the field, she has aligned herself with several organizations, including the International Institute of Business Analysis, the Project Management Institute, and the International Interior Design Association.
An expert in her field, Ms. Hess holds a Bachelor of Arts in music from Trinity College, a Master of Science in library science from Southern Connecticut State University, an MBA in information technology and quantitative analysis from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior architecture from Mount St. Joseph University. Subsequently, Ms. Hess expanded upon her education, completing coursework in German as a second language at Tri-State German American School, and becoming a professional SCRUM master and LEED-accredited professional.
While her career has been filled with highlights, Ms. Hess takes the most pride in serving as a manager in various industries over the years, particularly in the information technology space. The cornerstone of her overall success lies in her intellect and high energy. Within the next five to ten years, Ms. Hess aims to relax as much as possible and travel the world.
