Mr. Boarer is an attention-to-detail professional who has excelled in various positions, including superintendent, project manager, senior project manager, vice president of construction, and director of operations for multiple large national-based companies. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar construction projects.
During the early stages of his career, Mr. Boarer gained invaluable expertise in executive positions with nationally recognized companies. Additionally, he served his country in the U.S. Navy Seabees, where he was a hand-to-hand combat and chemical biological warfare instructor attached to NMCB 133. Outside of work, Mr. Boarer actively contributes to his community through involvement in various organizations such as the Wounded Warrior Project, The American Red Cross, and Superheroes for Autism, to name a few.
Among the standout moments in his career, Mr. Boarer takes particular pride in his involvement in a community development block grant program for the city of Houston. He spearheaded the development of a 432-unit apartment complex designed to cater to the needs of veterans and local residents. As a disabled veteran himself, this project holds special significance for him.
