Promoting a healthy lifestyle as the owner of 607 Studio in Bertrand, Nebraska, Ms. McNierney's holistic health and wellness center offers a range of group yoga classes to clients, including Yin Yoga and Restore Yoga, which are geared toward promoting improved flexibility, increased muscle tone and body strength, protection for the spine and muscles, better sleep, a clearer headspace, and reduced anxiety. Ms. McNierney also offers Pilates, Barre, and a class called Better Sleep.
Opening her studio to the public, Ms. McNierney hosts various events, including her upcoming Murder Mystery Night in late September 2023. She also rents out her space for birthdays, showers, private meetings, potlucks, ladies' nights, paint-n-sips, and more.
Ms. McNierney began her career in home daycare, caring for approximately 10 children per day before becoming a private nanny for a family for three years. She subsequently transitioned into the health and wellness sector, working for several companies as a yoga and meditation instructor, senior yoga instructor, wellness advocate, and holistic health practitioner, including Genesis Healthcare System, Cliff House Lodge Bed & Breakfast, and Soul Bliss Wellness. After three years in the industry, Ms. McNierney relocated from Colorado to Nebraska, where she opened her studio.
Ms. McNierney has served as an ambassador for Holdrege Chamber of Chamber of Commerce in Holdrege, Nebraska. She has also been active with his local Girl Scouts of America. Ms. McNierney enjoys her new life and newfound success in Nebraska. She particularly enjoys participating in community events and getting to know her neighbors.
Ms. McNierney graduated from Columbine High School in 2005. Well-qualified in her industry, she has garnered numerous credentials through the New Skills Academy, Yoga Underground, the Denver Yoga Underground, and other professional organizations. Her expertise includes designations in yoga, restorative yoga, prenatal and baby and mom yoga, nutrition, and muscle therapy. She also received certification as a master herbalist through Holistic Health, enabling her to suggest medicinal teas, tinctures, and elixirs to clients. Additionally, Ms. McNierney received first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, and automated external defibrillator certification through the National CPR Association.
