Before establishing her business, Ms. Floyd began her career working with Dazet & Associates and served as a receptionist at a law firm, working her way up to a paralegal in 2011 and continued to develop her legal career working with prominent law firms within the Baton Rouge area. Among her professional accomplishments, she was honored with an Innovation Award in recognition of her efforts to improve the efficiency of the legal department of the Louisiana Workers' Compensation Corporation.
While developing her professional journey, Ms. Floyd earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology from Louisiana State University in 2011. Following this achievement, she attained certification as a notary public in 2014 and a Notary Signing Agent in 2018. Originally intending to continue her career as a paralegal or legal assistant, she was encouraged to pursue her talents as a notary by her firm's attorney, who funded her education in this capacity. It was then that Ms. Floyd decided that she should act on attorney Dazet's encouragement and confidence in her that she would be a phenomenal notary and asset to the community and establish her own business.

She intends to continue growing her company and start a driving school, with additional plans to open a title company that will specialize in real estate, allowing her to leverage and apply her knowledge on closings.
