Ms. Joubert has distinguished herself as a senior associate and co-managing director at Gensler in Tampa, an international architectural and planning firm headquartered in San Francisco. Affiliated with her organization since 2011, she was hired as a design manager responsible for overseeing and executing new construction, tenant fit-outs/improvements, and renovation projects throughout the state. Ms. Joubert subsequently served as a co-studio director for the Tampa office from 2018 to 2022, managing all studio operations.
In her most recent position, Ms. Joubert focuses on daily operations, strategy, business and talent development, and developing and maintaining solid client relationships. Over the past 21 years, Ms. Joubert has worked for several other architectural, engineering and construction firms throughout the Tampa and Orlando area, including Terry Irwin Architects Inc., DeCaro Wilson Structural Engineers Inc., Alfonso Architects Inc., Studio Independent LLC, and Albritton Williams Inc.
Among her civic interests, Ms. Joubert is a member of Leadership Tampa Alumni, through which she has contributed to building four outdoor classrooms for an underserved Title I elementary school in town.
Highly educated, Ms. Joubert studied at the University of Gainesville in Florida, earning a bachelor's degree in design in 2002 and a master's degree in architecture in 2005. She also received credentials as a LEED-accredited professional specializing in building design and construction through the U.S. Green Building Council in 2007. Additionally, Ms. Joubert earned distinction as a registered architect in 2008 and a registered interior designer in 2021 through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
As a testament to her commitment to the industry, Ms. Joubert is a member of the American Institute of Architects, the Urban Land Institute, and the Real Estate Investment Council.
While a Principal at Studio Independent, Ms. Joubert was a finalist in the young category for Woman of the Year in the Tampa Bay Business Journal in 2010. Her achievements stem from her tireless commitment, diligent work ethic, and unyielding pursuit to achieve her professional goals.
