Subsequently, in 2018, Ms. Dhavala progressed to Genentech where she accepted the position of bioinformatics engineer prior to advancing as clinical data manager in 2019.

In 2010, she completed a Bachelor of Technology from Godavari Institute of Engineering and Technology, and she holds a master's degree in biotechnology from San José State University, which she proudly earned in 2015. Currently, Ms. Dhavala is pursuing a doctoral degree in Strategic Intelligence from Swiss School of Business & Administration, Geneva.
Distinguished industry credentials further define Ms. Dhavala's professional profile. She earned certification in genome sciences from Johns Hopkins University; moreover, she was certified by Cornell University in data-driven marketing and by the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in digital marketing. Additionally, she completed the HBS CoRE program in international/global studies at the Harvard Business School Online and earned certification in bioinformatics from the University of San Diego. Notably, Ms. Dhavala was also certified in product management by the Indian School of Business in 2022.
Various recognitions have marked Ms. Dhavala's career milestones, including the 3x Endurance Award from Genentech and a token of appreciation for Going Above and Beyond from Cloud Peritus; she also humbly accepted the Best Achiever in Academics prize from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2009.
