Aside from her primary objectives, Dr. Avvari has gained extensive expertise in modeling and other areas of the field. Before joining her organization, she was a scientific research and development executive at Sanzyme in Hyderabad, India. She also interned at BeiGene and was a research fellow at Long Island University.

As a dedicated researcher, Dr. Avvari has authored/co-authored over a dozen scholarly articles in such prominent publications as the International Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Journal of Applied Pharmaceutical Science. She has also lent her time and expertise as a volunteer pharmacy state board of examinations at Long Island University and has served as a community volunteer for the American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Dr. Avvari graduated from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science in India with a Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2010. She subsequently earned a master's degree in pharmacology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in 2013 and a Doctor of Philosophy in pharmaceutics and drug design from Long Island University in 2022. Some of Dr. Avvari's additional credentials include certification in population PK data analysis from Cognigen Corporation, a Simulations Plus Company in 2019, certification in R-programming from Umedy in 2020, and Monolix Suite certification from Lixoft Spring School in 2021.
Active in her professional community, Dr. Avvari is a life member of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association. She is also a member of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences and former secretary of the American Association of Pharmaceutical Sciences student chapter at Long Island University.
Recognizing her success while in pursuit of her degrees, Dr. Avvari received a Best Outgoing Student Award from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in 2010 and a Rho Chi Award for Academic Excellence from the Beta Theta chapter of the Rho Chi Society in 2017, and was listed in Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges and Universities in 2017.
