Additionally, he coordinated third-party vendors, retained relationships with association members, and utilized the company's legal budget to review and negotiate legal invoices. In 2016, he transferred his varied skillset to Coca-Cola Consolidated, where he served as the director of liability claims and litigation for the following seven years. Today, Mr. Rittenhouse excels as the senior director in the same department, overseeing all claims and litigation for automobile, premises, and product liability, as well as workers' compensation claims.
Driven to remain abreast of ongoing industry changes, Mr. Rittenhouse aligns himself with the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, the Carolina Employer Engagement Forum, and the Risk & Insurance Management Society. Throughout his career, he has been honored for his outstanding body of work by being selected for the Next Level Leadership Program, an internal leadership class that allowed him to further his management abilities.
