His time is spent mostly focusing on logistics and demand planning for his seasonal business, while also providing the vision and executional strategies for his brands and company.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Welch began his career as an assistant brand manager under an internship with InterMune in 2008. Following this time, he served as senior account executive for Medicus Life Brands in 2010 shortly before transitioning to owning a digital marketing franchise through WSI. He continued his career as the owner of 16th Street Mailing and Shipping Center from 2013-2016, followed by his acquisition of Platinum Elephant, LLC in 2017. In 2020, Mr. Welch converted his company to Platinum Elephant, Inc. and is currently the chief executive officer and majority shareholder.
Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Welch attended the International School of Brussels and Holy Trinity School outside of Toronto, Canada. He then studied at Kimball Union Academy in New Hampshire in 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Denver in 2008.
