Prior to establishing his company, Mr. Blue was a manager for project management and engineering for Pfizer in 2000 and became a senior manager for the Facilities Management Center of Excellence at Amway in 2008. Following this time, he served as the director of engineering and maintenance for Meijer in 2015 until taking a role as the director of engineering and operational excellence for Santa Cruz Nutritionals in 2019. In 2021, he served as Genentech's operational excellence program manager for a year.
Before embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Blue earned a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering with a concentration in material science from the College of Engineering and Applied Sciences at Western Michigan University. Following this achievement, he attained a Master of Engineering Management from the same institution. He subsequently gained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business in 2018. He intends to continue connecting with others, serving as a great leader and inspiring his colleagues through his stellar work.
