Drawing a profound sense of accomplishment in his role, Mr. Eror notes nothing more satisfying than helping prevent unnecessary deaths due to prescription opioid abuse and addictions and helping improve the human condition through his work. Apart from his vested interest in Solo-Dex Inc., he has found success as the founder and chief executive officer of Hilltop Group, a private investment firm that focuses on predictive analytics, drug delivery, and medical devices, in Wolf Creek since 2018.
Garnering previous credibility nationally and internationally, Mr. Eror held various noteworthy roles throughout his career, including as the chief executive officer of Quara Inc., president and chief executive officer of a lung cancer risk stratification company, and president of MacroMed Inc. He also taught as an adjunct professor of finance at the University of Utah and, during an earlier stage of his career, was a financial analyst for Ford Motor Company and divisional financial controller for Air Products and Chemicals Inc., and director of strategic planning at Guardian Industries. Additionally, Mr. Eror secured three U.S. Patents between 2009 and 2018 for malignant diseases, including lung cancer tumors.
Passionate about giving back to various local causes, Mr. Eror has been affiliated with the Cura Foundation and the Galien Foundation and has served on the board of Renew America Together in Little Rock, Arkansas, since 2022. He has also served as a supervisory committee member of the Rocky Mountain Credit Union in Helena, Montana, since 2022, having previously served on the organization's assets and liabilities management committee from 2021 to 2022. Moreover, Mr. Eror is a member of Mending Waters Montana Fly Fishing Inc., an organization devoted to providing fly tying, flyfishing, and outings to veterans to promote and support the well-being of veterans.
Mr. Eror graduated from the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and French, magna cum laude, in 1978 and a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in finance, economics, and French in 1980. He speaks, reads and writes French. Additional educational pursuits to his credit include credentials as a licensed public notary in Montana in 2019, a guide licensed by the State of Montana Business Standards Board of Outfitters in 2022, and a captain licensed by the US Coast Guard in 2023.
As a part of his ongoing professional involvement, Mr. Eror is a member of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, the Medical Device Manufacturer's Association, the National Association of Corporate Directors, the Montana Bioscience Alliance, and, among others, the Montana High Technology Business Alliance. He has been recognized for his ongoing efforts with numerous awards, including a Most Innovative Predictive Analytic Award from Corporate Vision, a Global Health and Pharma Award, and a Rising Star Award from the Swedish American Life Science. Mr. Eror was also recently nominated by Galien Foundation for the Prix Galien in NYC in 2023 for Best Medical Technology at Solo-Dex Inc. and was named to the Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs at Solo-Dex Inc. in 2023.
