Leading a diverse professional career, Ms. Chudy has been recognized for her success as an acoustical consultant at Acoustiblok Inc., a wholesale building materials company in Tampa, Florida, that specializes in noise abatement materials and mold remediation services for private companies, industrial and medical facilities, and schools, since 2017. In her role, she focuses on both new and existing construction, mainly in the commercial, industrial, residential, marine, and transportation settings. Ms. Chudy educates clients about various options to protect their overall health and hearing, works closely with them on their ongoing projects, ensures that the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act regulations are being met, and regularly conducts presentations and hosts tradeshows.
Ms. Chudy previously worked in the health care sector as a medical sales representative for Optimum Spine/Bio Cell and as an executive assistant for the Laser Spine Institute with Dr. James Saint Louis. During her years in medicine, she had the opportunity to work for an inpatient treatment facility before returning to the field and working one-on-one with surgeons and patients in the emergency room. Ms. Chudy also worked in mental health counseling. During an earlier stage of her career, she garnered success in marketing as both a manager and representative for several local companies.
Aside from her commitments with Acoustiblok Inc., Ms. Chudy has owned Volta Bike LLC since 2021, a local business based in southwest Florida. Looking toward future success in the medical arena, she plans to establish her own brand and consulting company to disseminate information about how mold and noise affect individuals' overall health, promote change, and help establish a more stable environment.
Giving back to her local community, Ms. Chudy has assisted with fundraising events supporting Eckerd Kinds. She has also been involved with Standing Tall for Veterans.
Ms. Chudy received a Bachelor of Arts in advertising and communications, magna cum laude, from the University of South Florida (USF) and a Master of Science, summa cum laude, in mental health counseling from Grand Canyon University. She also received professional certification in spine deformities and reconstruction, medical sales in spinal deformities and biologics, and OSHA certification in industrial hygiene through USF. Ms. Chudy notably received several academic scholarships to support her work.
Active in her professional community, Ms. Chudy has been a member of the American Counseling Association, the American Fence Association, the Environmental Consulting Program, and, among others, the International Society of Professional Females. She is recognized as a black belt in karate.
Ms. Chudy's success has landed her a feature article in Top Doctor Magazine in November 2022. The paper addresses the importance of protecting one's health by blocking noise and mold.
