He became a partner in NEXTMEDIA, a national broadcast company that owned and operated 60 radio stations across America along with Outdoor Media. In 2006 he left the radio industry to start his marketing firm. Looking toward the future, he aims to expand R Brilliant Media by becoming a recognized national leader in the advertising industry.
He gives back to various causes. As a radio and television manager and owner for over three decades, Mr. Rambaldo has provided over 5 million dollars in radio and TV air time and promotional time for many non-profits at no charge. These Public Service Announcements allow non-profits to air their messages and help raise money for their causes. More recently, Mr. Rambaldo has assisted and accommodated two twelve-year-old hockey players from the Ukraine when they visited the United States with the 'Select Hockey Team from Ukraine.'
Mr. Rambaldo studied communications at Ohio University between 1967 and 1970. He is a professional member of the Television Advertising Bureau, and the Radio Advertising Bureau.
Mr. Rambaldo has been featured in Variety and locally in magazine publications and Erie-based newspapers. He also received an Advertising Person of the Year Award from the Erie Advertising Club in 1991 and a Golden Mic Award from Mercyhurst University in 2003.
