Also dedicated to civil advocacy, he lends his expertise to the advisory panel of the Pace University Lubin School of Business Design Thinking Program.
Before his present role, Mr. Goel began his career as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in 1998 and became a senior consultant for OpenText in 2000. He continued his career as a principal consultant with Infokall in 2001 and took leadership role for financial services with Accenture in 2005. Following this period, he served as the vice president of asset management operation excellence for Credit Suisse in 2008. At Prolifics, Mr. Goel's takes on multiple hats as an industry leader and the lead partner for Wall Street sector, becoming one of the largest revenue generator for the firm. Mr. Goel was consecutively named a PEP Top Sales Performer by Prolifics in 2022 and then honored with a GEM Award for Top Seller in 2023. Mr. Goel credits Prolifics for enabling his growth. Prior to embarking on his professional journey, Mr. Goel graduating top % of his class, earned a Bachelor of Technology in industrial engineering and management from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1998. He attained a Master of Business Administration in strategy with a minor in finance from the New York University Stern School of Business in 2009. Well-qualified in his field, he is a Lean Six Sigma black belt and completed multiple programs through the MEDDIC Academy in 2020. Mr. Goel won several city and state championships for Swimming, as well as national tournaments for Table Tennis. Now an avid Cross-Fitter immersed in Vipassana's spiritual path, he was an enthusiastic Big Brothers Big Sisters participant until his focus shifted to his twin daughters.
